When you work with us, you do not have to worry about delivery to our warehouse. Just tell us where to pick up your product, and we will pick it up there as part of our 4PL service, using our collection trucks. Yes, even if you are sourcing the product from abroad.
Once it has arrived at our warehouse, we will take your products into stock. We identify goods with a barcode or QR code and then use our system to place your products on a shelf or pallet as required.
We pay particular attention to the confirmation of the various accompanying documents (e.g. invoices, delivery notes, other documents) by the Recipient and the return of the processed documents to the Customer. We also take responsibility for this, and the certified document always includes the date, the name of the recipient and the stamp of the recipient company. Of course, if you wish, other documents (vouchers, leaflets, extra items, etc.) can be included in the parcels in addition to the invoice.
Your parcels will be delivered the next day after receipt of your order. As customer experience (which is the basis for the long-term success of any webshop) is of paramount importance to us, we offer alternative out-of-hours delivery, unlike other 4PL and fulfilment providers in the country. We enable customers to pick up their orders at the most convenient time for them in around 4000 locations across the country.
